24Kt Gold Bolt Action Nib section

I messed up a nib section on one of my Bolt Action pens. I was wondering if anyone had a kit where you messed up the top and have a nib section available.....

Let me know if you have one. I need the threaded area. I messed up the threads......

Fred I might have a pack of just the nibs. I'll check in a few when the kids are done sitting in my lap for this movie.

I really need the nib section with the threads. I have the actual nib nose cone.

I was pressing the lower section without the nose cone installed. I pushed the threads up into the lower section and they are recessed meaning I can't get them back out......

Here is a tiny little lip on the non original. The entire pack is that way. You could probably either just use it or ream it out a little and it would work. I'll keep looking for the other one throughout the day. Let me know if you want this one and it's yours. I can pop it in the mail in an envelope tomorrow. Don't worry about cost.

Yes. Unfortunately it is a 24 kt gold section that is needed.

The vendor should replace it for you. You followed their instructions to press the nib in without the nose cone. I assembled a number of those before I read their new instructions and never had a problem.

If you ever need more parts like this, I have called PSI, and they sold parts. They were also great to deal with on the phone and shipped reasonably fast.
