Title of Your Entry: Segmented Southwest Pen
Description: I used the Southwest Mesa hardware in the Antique Pewter finish to add to the contrast. I used Exhibition Thuya Burl and paired it with a piece of crushed turquoise acrylic for a beautiful 2 tone appearance. The turquoise accents on the hardware were carefully considered to help the color really pop from the segmented blank. I used my signature 18-step finishing process with CA for an extremely durable and attractive finish.

I'm not having a good day... I put in a request for the "IAP Gods" to close the voting display until after the 3 days. Ya all can cut my pay...

Maybe the IAP Gods are like the Golf Gods and just don't listen. 😉. I don't think it matters...I just appreciate you and all the others who run these contests and make the BASH fun.

I believe all got corrected, the 'Gods' grumbled, but still like me I guess.

It is very easy to screw up settings up the polls when you only do them once a year. I scored 100% today and had errors in both of mine. So as my wife says, "I'll cut your pay and you do dishes this year!"

And I agree, this is basically a fun event that we still put a lot of effort into. We still want to get it right and be fair to the entries.
