I have already announced the 11 people who have won one or more prizes in the 2017 Summer Extravaganza Mind Bender Contests.

I will post the prize(s) for each of these member in this thread.

The individual prize winners were determined by random draw. The overall prize winners were determined by the total number of points earned in the individual contests.

Thanks to all who entered these contests. I hope you enjoyed them.

Very much enjoyed them. Although for a very young man, I now have a lot of grey hair.
Thanks for a great contest Edgar.

Congratulations to you all. Please send me your mailing addresses so I can make arrangements with the donors to get your prizes to you.

Prizes were allocated as follows:
1. I listed each winner from 1-11 based on the order that I received an entry from you. Karl was the first person to enter a contest and Geoff was the 11th person to enter a contest.
2. Since each prize is worth approximately $25, I simply arranged them in an arbitrary order
3. I used random.org to randomize the numbers 1-11 three times and used the third results to allocate the prizes.

Let me know if you have any questions on the process.

Thanks for playing
Edgar

Mind Bender Grand Prize Winners

Here are the winners of the overall prizes in the Mind Bender Contest.

We had a tie for second place with 4 points each. Since the prizes allocated for 2nd & 3rd place were both worth approximately $30, I simply flipped a coin to award these prizes:

So, our two 2nd place winners & their prizes (in no particular order) are:

Jeff Vogan (Skeleton 2014) -- Jr gent snake blank set from its_virgil

Robert Holliday (RHolliday) -- Honeycomb blank from Cwalker935

And our 1st place winner with 5 points (and just an S away from 6 points), winning a $50 GC from Robutacion is:

Karl Henschel (Karl_99)

Congratulations guys & thanks for playing.

Thanks Edgar--for running the show and donating my prizes!! I'm pretty good at Jumbles, but those were about the toughest I've ever seen. (I never knew that there were de-scramblers--will have to keep that in mind!!)

*I did enter the Texas Storms one as well though...

Thanks again, Edgar. To put yourself out, in the midst of everything that was going down, is unimaginable to me. From myself, and I'm sure everyone else here, thank you.
