Notice that the seller is in Greece. My guess is he did the math backwards to come up with the price in USD.

I sent the guy a message too and got no response. I think it is a joke or someone who doesn't know what he is doing.. The guy is new to eBay and only has 2 feedback comments and none as a seller.
