It's right on their homepage. It's only good on clearance stuff mostly.

I didn't see where to put it when I had one and I put a message in with the order and I believe I called and left them a voicemail or emailed them. Anyway they honored it and my order was on the last day it was good for.

Oboy am I feeling dumb. I've been all over the PSI website and CANNOT find where to enter the coupon code. Gonna call tomorrow.

Under the Shipping & Payment methods, there's a "Have a coupon?" link that pops up a dialog box.

PROBLEM FIGURED OUT!!!!!!!!

SO - after a quick call to the helpful folk at PSI, the nice gal let me know that IF there is an item in your shopping basket that qualifies for an automatic percentage off, their system removes the box where you insert a coupon code. Remove the "offending" item and (voila!) the box appears and I get 20% off when I enter my code.

PERFECT!
