well sort of.....i was able to acquire this sweet smelling and wonderful turning wood, Amboyna Burl. so these are a couple of finished pens. (ca and shellawax)the other i started a few weeks ago just for fun. walnut/wht oak and a soda can. i hope you all are well.

Laurie,can't get any better than that,I just turned my first amboyna burl the other day and really like it,very nice work on all three.

Nice work Laurie! Haven't had the opportunity to turn any Amboyna Burl! Yet! PS: Haven't found any more Whale bone yet.
