These are my first two pens I've made in over a year since moving my dad in with me to take care of him.
It's like riding a bicycle once you learn, it takes a little practice to get back in the groove of things.
I picked up this piece of brown casein with gold swirls in it about 2 years ago and have been dying to see how it would turn out all this time. It's going in my collection to keep :biggrin:
You don't see many brown pens made but this is a beauty.
It was hard to photograph capturing the depth of the gold with out over exposing picture.
I had a short piece left over after doing the Imperial fountain pen so I did another of my favorites, the Majestic Squire.
