Nicely done, Eddie. My first thought was- it looks like a Darth Maul pen. I just watched Star Wars the other night so I guess it's still on my mind [:p]. I really like it and you got a great shine- especially for your first celluloid.

Ok, maybe I am missing something here but can someone explaine to me why there is a cast engraving on the end of this pen?[?] Is this something that was done on V2 of this pen?[?]

Is this a Statesman with a Jr nib? OR or Jr with a Statesman end piece?

My thanks to all who commented.
Ryan, as to the casting on the end. This is a jr. Statesman v.II & that's the way it came. Who knew?
Nils, thanks for the kind words about the finish. Reading all the posts here on finishing has been a BIG help. But finishing has been one of my favorite things to do even in my big turnings & furniture work. Nothing says you take pride in your work more than a good finish.
