Designed with a rollerball in mind. I'll glue it to a contrasting color grip to match the barrel, whatever it may end up to be.

The hole ended up being a smidge off center, so to align it properly I may open it up for a different refill.

I was just tired of the bullet and phallic shapes that so many pens seem to have. I wanted something different.

It's amazing how highly polished it looks in the hand, and how rough it looks in a macro shot. :smile-big:

Oh, there was a question in here too... What diameter do ya'll who make your own shoot for? That tenon is 3/8" making for a pretty large nib.
 
Yeah, the fittings will all match. The only question is the clip. Matching the color of aluminum will be tough.

I have played a little with stainless, but my files are all cheap junk so it's not been much fun so far. Aluminum I can use my regular tools.
