1st CA finish pen

Folks I want a honest opinion on the finish of this pen. This is my first attempt at a CA finish. Sorry this is the best picture I can get with my Camera setup right now.

Hi Dennis, finish looks alright from here, better than my first attempt at CA.
Photo is a little dark though, you should try to use a bigger depth of field than 2.8 (if possible) to get more in focus front to back.

Thanks, its a cheaper ditigal camera no adjustment on aperatue or shutter speed. All auto.

Try shooting it with a lighter background and rotate the pen so the clip is not facing the camera. If your camera has a macro mode, use it along with a steady rest. It looks nice, but hard to make a critique with the photo.

Dennis, nice looking pen! I think you did a great job on the CA finish for your first try. It took me quite a few tries to get that nice.
