I would run and run fast and far before buying another Delta tool. I had a shop full of OLD Delta and Pre 70s Craftsman tools. Parts for Delta are now almost impossible to find, used eBay parts sellers are high.

I recommend you don't bid on it then. For someone up near the lake it is still a piece that routinely sells used for $1500 and is at $425 when I posted the link.

The X series deltas I believe came out in the 2000's and were a line made in China, so not sure if parts are as hard to find or not. Looks decently fabricated and a 16x42 lathe at the right price could make a great platform for someone wanting to move up.

I bought a 1959 Powermatic P90. I understand hard to find parts quite well. But the reality is that a wide a P90 parts were interchangeable and many are not unique to Powermatic.
