Yes for a $100 purchase that means a 15% rebate. For a $1000 purchase, that means 1,5% off.
The last years, CSUSA has accustomed us to a 15% rebate at years end. Now it's $15 off. As I told them, what a pity! The last days I was on the starting blocks for this huge purchase. Now I can rest and wait till the next IAP group buy. What a pity for CSUSA. Maybe they'll lose some of my money.
For me this CSUSA end of year rebate was a great opportunity to compensate the extra costs for living overseas... What a pity for me.
I'm so disappointed.
Some alternatives: small IAP vendors, kitless pens...
