I think this is a picture and not a link. I tried looking it up on You Tube and found your other videos but not this one. I think I need to seriously look into sanding. Thanks

I use a sanding system also. My "V" block is an old machinist vise from my days working in Machine Shops. I use it the same way as the video with a set of center punches from HF. My sanding system comprises of a Craftsman 6 inch wide sanding belt sander. Works like a dream.
Just remember to rotate that blankwith downward pressure on the punch/mandrel.
