I'm tired of searching for a blank this size in Acrylic. It's for knife scales, kinda, but it has to be 1 1/8" square. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks in advance.
If you are looking to make it go to the Alumilite site and check their videos on doing that and you can pick up the Alumilite products at most craft stores, Michels and Hobby Lobby.. To polish turquoise you use a buffing wheel.
Here's what I'm looking for Mike. It's pretty common in pen blanks but if you can make anything even similar it would work. This pictures came out pretty big.
Excuse me for butting in....Mike, you can mix turquois color, cast it then break the cast into bits, then recast in a mold with whatever color Tom wants. Just an idea.
Ahhh, as mentioned that looks like Trustone. Looks like Mark found the Tru source. I have also purchased from https://www.randbcrafts.com/ and he sometimes has different sizes, may even cut his own. To get that look that would be the route to go.
