Hello, does anyone know where I might be able to order 50-100 pen clips fashioned to appear like a couple of cherries?

No; There are companies that have "novelty" clips. Penn State Industries comes to mind.

Don't know if it would be an option for what you're planning on doing but there is a supplier here in Canada that does a "Cherry Blossom" kit. It's basically a fancy Slimline kit - I've done a few and they have been well received by the ladies. Perhaps it might be an option for you:

You may ask Jimmy at https://woodpenpro.com/. He has a lot of custom clips. If he doesn't make them for special order, maybe he can redirect you?
