Great pens! They look awesome
I have sold three or four of those over the last couple of months without even really trying. I haven't used John's blank although I do have it on a Diamond Knurl. People seem to love that pen. I've used it a little and it's surprisingly comfortable to hold albeit a little heavy.

Who is making the best steampunk blanks now? Is that the PSI steampunk pen kit?

JohnU sells exclusively with Exotic Blanks and in my opinion I think he makes the best blanks around. You can tell that he's a turner because his blanks all work so nicely.
He continues to experiment and push the art too which is really wonderful too.
Updating - I forgot to answer your other question. I think the Steampunk pen components from from PSI but I pretty much buy everything from Exotic Blanks. They're a couple hours up the road so I get fantastic delivery times on my orders and their customer support on questions has always been top notch.

All three pens took about 45 minutes from raw blanks to photos. I'll net about $60 each.
