My second Groove click pen from PSI, this one in chrome. The blank is a Color Grain called Southwest, also from PSI. I'm happy with how it turned out.

How did you make the grain align? I love the pen, but aligning the pen just eats my lunch. Would appreciate your advice.

I make a "registration" mark on the blank before I cut it, and then again after trimming. Helps to align then during assembly.
