Had time to turn another pen tonight with a blank I picked up a couple weeks ago from Curtis. The wood is Spanish Oak, and the resin is an amazing mix of blue, black, and gold. The kit is a Majestic Jr and has roughly 12 coats of thin CA and two coats of heavy CA and polished to a 12000 grit pad. This is so much fun turning pens! :party:
