My tips for 360"s Tip #1 I made a jig for multiple glue ups at one time. #2 I trimmed the ears on a 36" shop sander rather than any kind of a saw, seemed like that was the most dangerous part of the pen. #3 Turned to a rough diameter of 1" with regular spur centers to see if block is acceptable before drilling, gluing and wasting a brass tube. #4 Before CA finish insert a wax paper washer between pen ends and bushing shoulders, this eliminates scoring CA to remove bushings.
