Tom Morris Golf desk pen

I was asked to make something pertinent for a large golf charity auction for Childhood cancer. I had several old clubs and this one was Used by Tom Morris to win "The Open" and bares his signature.
Tom won the open 4 times 1868. 1869. 1870 and 1872.
The shaft was removed and the club head cleaned up back to its original state as near as possible. The plinth was made from spalted beech from our course at Royal Winchester and the pen is from yew, also from the course.
At auction it sold for £300. Success!!!!
