I am new to turning and have lots to learn. Here is the first pen that I have made that has really impressed me enough to want to post a photo of it. I have never seen any other wood that looks so spectacular when it was polished. The pen blank is Osage Orange and I think the light section (almost white) is sapwood. The color's going from white to brown to yellow is gorgeous. Unfortunately the photo doesn't do it justice. Thank you Edgar for introducing me to this beautiful wood.
