Finally tried out a lazer inlay kit, and the results are pretty decent I think. The colors of the inlay pieces are really vibrant, and the tiger maple blank had excellent figure. The BLO really popped it, and the CA makes it nice and shiny.
It took a little patience getting the pieces in, but the effort was totally worth it. As for the price... Jury is still out on whether a $20 blank is sustainable for pleasure or to sell.
