My turn to rant!

Folks, the original thread on this topic has been removed for numerous reasons. First off, the personal attacks on this forum need to stop. Attack ideas, not people. If you have a real heartburn with a particular member, go into their profile and add them to your ignore list. Then you will no longer see any post made by that person. This is an under used feature of this forum that more folks need to start using.

There is also a yellow triangle under each poster's name. This is the report post button. When you hit it, it will send a message to me so that I am made aware of a particular post that violates the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy. USE IT! Please don't pile on and make things worse.

If you are one that is not participating much anymore due to things like this, then please, help me out by reporting posts. The reported post message only goes to me and I do not keep a list of the folks that report posts. I do not think of those who report the posts as whiners, actually the opposite. I really appreciate the folks that take the time to report a post. You have it in your power to help change the way things go here at IAP by just using the yellow triangle!

We really do not want to start banning members but I am afraid that if the personal attacks keep happening, we are going to have to start.

I have a touch screen Gary it still falls over when I hit it but it does the report. nice one!!!!!!
