Gluing Jig / Press.

I have been playing about with making segmented pens, after constantly gluing myself to whatever item is near by I decided that I needed a device to assist with the blank gluing process.

After some thinking I settled on using two cams and a fixed plate. Here are the results..

Great idea! Hint: You can prevent the glued up parts from being permanently attached to the jig by placing wax paper between it and the jig.

Cheers for the wax papper tip. Its a lot easier than rubbing a candle over the surface.

How about using one of those plastic cutting boards. Neat idea. Carl

Nice jig. What size is your holes and pins?

Holes and pins are 10 mm as that is the only bar I had kicking about.
