Cherry cigar, celtic knot

Finally got my thin strip jig and knot jig built. Modeled them after Edblysard's jigs. Not wanting to ruin a nice piece of burl for the first one I used a piece of Cherry I had. The knot is made using Maple and Ebony.

I think plainer woods work better for knots. That one looks great!

Looks great, Cherry is one of my favorite woods. The color always looks like something special.
