I have recently purchased several of these tool boxes from Harbor Freight. They measure 6 inches deep, 9 inches tall, and 12 inches long. They have a lid which opens to provide access to a top compartment, and two drawers which fully pull out. They run about $20.00 each. They work well for storing taps and dies, calipers. an live centers and dead centers as well as kust about any thing that will fit in the top or drawers. They come in red, black, blue, green, purple, and s;ate grey. They are supposed to be coming out with one in orange around the end of the year.

Got one too - and have been looking at some 3D printed gridfinity organizer stuff to make them handy for carrying my pen parts and tools. I like the idea that I can basically move my shop storage easily to another site when I attend/give classes or work off site. Found a few ideas already - organizer

If you have access to a laser engraver, a 3D printer, or a CNC machine you can use the to either create what you need or usin EVA foam from Amazon to make custom drawer liners for you different tools. That way you would know if something is missing.

Woodchipper, they currently have larger tool storage cabinets and boxes in orange. That might answer your comment abou them in Tennesse.

I got one for Christmas. It never made it to my shop. Good storage for keys, knife, billfold, etc…

I like the slightly bigger version better....it is three times the money but three drawer and 20" and wider, but deeper drawers...I have one on my 3d work bench to hold my 3d tools. It is a Yukon three drawer.

Nice Ch1nook! where did you find that file...I have a ton of gridfinity stuff Ive printed...love it!
Gridfinity Penturning Bushing Holder On Makerworld for Bambu Studio. I added my own text for the bushings by number and had to make a few tweaks as it was not exactly the same dimensions as the General toolbox. Works great. I have a Bambu A1
