I am interested in purchasing a very nice watch parts blank with a Longines watch face. I am looking for a set of blanks that fit the Jr. Statesmen Rollerball pen kits. I have a good number of watch parts that I will contribute to the making of this blank if you are interested. Please PM me if you can sell me a set of blanks that would work for this project.

Thanks for your consideration.

Thank you very much for that information. I will check those out.

One thing I caution you on is using any watch dial that has raised hour dial markers or any kind of bagets for decorations within the dial. they will come off when bent and some times they make the dial very hard and sometimes impossible to bend. Also the better quality name brand dials use thicker metals and that too makes them hard to bend. One more thing if the dial has any type of engraved designs such as diamond shaped pattern or cross hatch patterns in it that too will make the dial hard to bend because you know right away it is a thicker metal. Good luck. I can go on and on because not all watch dials are meant to be bent like we do with them because of plastic or cardboard overlays for dial faces. Some the paint will crack either within the entire dial or the numbers or hour markers. I would also stay away from dials that have a curved face or other design other than flat surface.

Thank you for taking the time to give me a heads up on the challenges with bending the watch face. It may be that this project is not meant to be. I'd hate to spend $50 on a watch face, only to ruin it. I was hoping to make a pen to match the Longines watch my grandson got for graduating, but perhaps this is not such a good idea. Your cautionary information is VERY much appreciated.
