I'll be making more of these for my craft shows. They are much easier to make than my bow boxes but still very attractive. The hardest part is going to be what to engrave on them. This one has green leatherette in the top and bottom.

I have no qualms that the laser engraving is wonderful... but I love your ribbon boxes!!

As a former simple woodturner, deciding between buying for my daughter a laser engraved box and a ribbon box - I would choose the ribbon box because I know what skills went into it. My daughter would probably (31 yrs old) choose the engraved box.

Are we dinosaurs??

My daughter is trying to find her way in the laser engraving world. I have explained to her that original designs will set her apart from all the others coping designs off each other. She is currently more focused on wedding themed products and Signage for businesses and realtors. Some of the other products she produces are more trendy and the market for them will fade. Still she is having fun exploring it.

I'm sure there's a pretty good market for custom wedding products.
