Help to identify this kit?

Have turned pens for years though stopped in 2020 when lost access to woodshop …
A pen from at least 20 years back was recently brought back to me by the owner who had pulled the ink cartridge to try and find a replacement… and lost the spring at the same time ;-)

I'll try to hunt down parts (cartridge & spring) but first need to know which kit…
Any of you with long memories … can you help?

I can't help with the pen type but I can say the finish looks fantastic after twenty years. Well done.
