I am terrible at having all my tools out at once.
As you can guess, chaos ensues on my tool bench.
A few adjustments needed on the next one but I'm quite happy with this.

Can your share a little insight please on your work flow. Specifically the step drill, plug cutter, and mandrel. All custom I presume.

Thanks

I had no idea what thy was until I look med it up. I will definitely be making it compatible.

Understood!

I wish I had known about it sooner as I already designed and printed trays for my complete ER30 and ER40 collet sets.

I want to use it (Gridfinity), but the Enginerd in me is paralyzed by over analysis of where exactly to start. 🤣

The 9m T&D is for the section to body.
The step bit is the exact size for the JoWo #5.
The pin chuck is for a rollerball section.
Next is the double ended mandrel for the FP section.
And the small tap is for the feed.

The pin chuck, mandrel and step bit are from Rick (rherrell) here on the forum.
