Who has the best waving American flag blanks and also the small stars blanks. Where to purchase?
2nd for John's waving flag blank. I've made several and really like them. He has some "regular" flag blanks there too.Hi John,
My favorite is one that John Underhill makes and sells through Exotic Blanks. I think he makes ones that fit either the Sierra or the Bolt Action pen kits.

Very good Steve. This is an option. Was there not someone or some vendor selling these same type blanks but cast acrylic? Maybe I am wrong because the memory is not what it use to be. I want to use on pens that are longer than sierra style. Right now just an idea but hopefully can pull them off. Thanks. Also I believe there was someone selling the star blanks that were longer than 5 inches. But if mind serves me well there was a problem with the stars not looking good for some reason and they stopped selling. I maybe way out in left field here.Kallanshaan Woods has a number of flag designs. Available either through their website or through exotics.
Thanks Dave I will have a look.Ahhh, got it. Turners Warehouse has some, but I don't like their wavy red and white part as the strips are not the same widths. Exotic Blanks has some Stars and Stripes Laser Inlay Kits made of wood, but I've never tried any because gluing in the stripes and the individual little stars sounds like it might be a daunting task. The one from Craft Supplies USA looks pretty good and they sell both a straight and wavy version. They are a little bit translucent so the tubes need to be painted to get a uniform color. - Dave
