Has anyone been successful in removing the top and click mechanism from the PSI Dog Click pen without damaging the click mechanism?

I used the widest punch that would fit the tube and Gently pressed it out with the PSI disassembly unit. Had to do 2x for specific reason. First time it came out ok...next time got a small crack on the housing that fits over the refill...however it still functions. Would not use a hammer and punch. It most likely cracked because it was done twice....

I tried a hammer and punch previously and broke the plastic on the end. I'll try to rig a press using my drill press.

Anyone know if you can get a replacement click mechanism?
I have one that won't latch into place.
Very annoying as the kit is not cheap here in the UK
I managed to get the top out without damaging the pen blank and I can unscrew the mechanism.

Don't know about in the UK but here in the states Penn State is real good on supplying replacement parts for their kits
