There are many online versions of the backside as well, but I find this helpful.
Metric taps/dies are easy. The first number is the tenon needed (e.g. M13 is a 13mm tenon) and the second you subtract and that is the drill bit (e.g. M13 x 0.8 = 12.2mm bit)
Some like to do a slightly smaller tenon to make threads that are not as sharp
