If wrjones224 doesn't have a set, I have a spare used set myself.

Just to double check, are you looking for this?

Those are not the set for the Imperial.

From instructions the bushings are .615 and .551
Long ago I helped Wayne measure the bushings and kit components. We did this with commonly-available calipers.
Believe me, the equipment and the method used (hand held) are certainly NOT accurate to a thousandth of an inch.
At the time, we footnoted plus or minus 5 thousandths. So, yes those ARE the bushings you are seeking.
.615 is .616, .551 is .552 Your hand-turned pen parts are not accurate to that degree.

As long as they fit in the tubes.

None of these dimensions pertain to the fit in the tube.
If you are going to make the bushings, always start by turning the end that will go into the tube,
using the tube as your guide.

Good advise. Not for me but OP. I just thought I tried being helpful. I have the bushings but I use them so can not sell to him. That is one of my favorite kits. I like just about all of Dayacom kits. They are a quality vendor.
