Good idea as long as it's not used. 
I keep a 5 gallon bucket by my workbench.

I also use a 5 gallon bucket. The 10 gallon can liners fit really well, and a large rubber band holds it in. That way things like tape and the bits of shop towel with CA on them don't get stuck inside the bucket.

Looks like a good idea. We don't have a dog, but our kids and grandkids do and they are here pretty often. Someone left a roll of those bags. I have a 32 gallon Brute on the dolly. Bought 2 of them so long ago the store was Home Base, probably around 1990?? Still going strong. Works for a beer keg too.

FWIW, I toss paper towel bits on the concrete floor to completely cure. I pick them up at the end of the day after they have cured and cooled.

Go to a janitorial supply or restaurant supply. Get a dustpan with handle and broom. No need to bend over.Ya, even my mild OCD won't allow that.

Get a metal dustpan and place (neatly arranged) the towel bits on that. Double-win - they are in a safe place if they do ignite, and it's easy to see how many coats of CA you've applied.
