Spell check seems to have disappeared on here as well all my forums. I did not disable anything. Is there a fix. Thanks.

Seems to be working for me!

When I spell wrong I get the squiggly red lines too but when I click on the word I get "no suggestions" under it. This never happened before. It is not only this site so it has to be on my end. But I checked all the basics and all the buttons are on including the English language button. I ran a virus check and nothing. Usually examples of correct word come under when I click on the word.

It's most likely a browser problem. I'm not sure how to check it, but what browser are you using?
Evidently it is a Microsoft Edge problem. Seems an update messed things up. I switched to basic spellcheck and at least that still works except it now opens a larger window. I guess I am not alone with this. The program I was using was Microsoft Editor. If anyone else is using that could you check to see if your spell check works. Thanks.

I use Duckduckgo which is a variant of Chrome. I hate Microsoft browser(s) because of their data usage to promote advertisements.

Does spelling count?
I do think so!! I hate seeing a thread where you have to decipher what is trying to be said because words are so misspelled. Now I am not the perfect person when it comes to writing anything but if the tool is available why not use it. Just like in the workshop.

Of course spelling counts. For me it's embarrassing. And if I'm not sure how to spell a word I'll look it up or use a different word.
