Not sure the reason to zero in on those 2 countries or destinations for kits. But I would not overlook any of the Dayacom kits that are sold by various US vendors too. very good quality and in my opinion one of the best.

Can't guarantee many suppliers make there own kits, though a few do.
The big suppliers, Penn State, Dayacom, Berea Hardwoods, Beaufort Ink, and Rizheng kits are sold by many other suppliers.

Take a look at my compiled World Wide Suppliers list.

"Iridium point-Germany" has become a catch-all.
There are several manufacturers who stamp this on their nibs, hence there will be differing quality from one pen design to the next.

Take the time to try a few of your pens--try to "tune" them and see what you are able to achieve.
Do you inform your purchasers that every nib should be "broken in" by the purchaser, so it matches their
angle of writing and rotation? Yes, high quality gold nibs demand very high prices, well over $100 but most
people writing with a fountain pen will not benefit from that high quality, since they are putting too much
pressure on the nib.

Selling fountain pens is not as easy as "refill" pens, but most users are not sophisticated in the realm of fountain pens
so nearly any nib can be tuned to be acceptable for their abilities.

FWIW,
Ed

Impressive kits. Like you said, I don't think they have a US distributor or even ship to US. Nice just to look.
According to their shipping information there is NOT an option to ship anywhere outside of the EU. It's a bummer as they have kits I would really like to try.
