I am struggling with mating the section and barrel in a clean way . It hasn't been very consistent for me in this area . Not getting the clean single line . With a 13x0.8 barrel and a 10X1 section threading , I maintain a section mating dia of 11.76-11.80 MM but still find an unevenness of the threaded portion of barrel with the section slightly protruding beyond the threads . Also I sometimes observe a fine gap in some portion of the mating surfaces .

Is this expected in bespoke pens or a precision issue owing to a wood lathe usage ?

Drill just a little further. You could also try a 9 x 0.75 thread instead of the 10 x 1. I used to make mine with a wood lathe and still got it even.

At 9x0.75 tenon on the section , would the inside hole to accommodate the nib housing 7.3 MM thin the wall of the section thread ( 9- 7.3 = 1.7 MM ) . Also I did not understand " drill a it'll further? Could you kindly elucidate

Is this where you are referring? It's hard to tell in the picture, but it looks like there is a gap on one side.
To me this is one of two things.
1) The hole was drilled crooked
2) Either the tenon or hole was tapped crooked.

I have had both happen. Especially when I was using a wood lathe.
Even if your hole is straight, if your tap is off, even slightly, it will throw off the mating parts. We are taping in, such a short distance, that you won't even notice, but the parts won't match. If you were tapping in 3-4cm, you would feel the tap binding up as it went on an angle. But in 1cm, it can easily go unnoticed.
