Kitless Commission

This pen was a commission. I waited to post pics until the customer received it. The blank is a Diamond Cast Macaw, which makes a beautiful pen, IMO.

I will definitely turn more of the Diamond Cast blanks.

Very Cool. Gorgeous Pen. I really need to take the time to learn how to make kit-less pens like this. I also concur, Tim McKenzie's DiamondCast blanks make wonderful pens.

I know. Even if we never really 'clip' them in pockets anymore, it just seems weird to me to not see them there.

That is beautiful. I've not worked with the diamondcast before, but they obviously come out nicely. I agree that a pen just looks odd to me without a clip, though there are some pretty cool rollstops I've seen done.

So this is a bes.... wait, I better not stir the pot.
