Pen made from Lucite from The Golden Nib. I need to do a better job polishing the inside. This was my first attempt.
Cap threads: M14x.8 TL
Section threads: M10x1
Total length: 5.9"
Cap lenght: 2.41 Dia: .680"
Body length: 3.82 incl threads
Boby dia: .664"

Nice pen!
i like the textured look. If it were consistent, like sandblasting it would work.
i am heading down the reamer path myself but they are not cheap.

NICE colors and pen itself. The small about of white in the amber color intrigues me, and the right amount of transparency in the amber is perfect.

Inside: Long ago, there was a couple of thread of "flame" smoothing, oh, found them:

Nice pen!

There aren't many things that I don't enjoy about pen making, but internal polishing is one. Nobody should have to go through thatā€¦šŸ˜Š

i worked in a shop that did flame polishing. It has its own learning curve and it can cause acrylic to become brittle and prone to crazing.
another option is fume polishing.
