Straight edge razor kit?

Anyone know where I can locate a kit for the a straight edge razor? I don't do metal work so can't do the blade myself.

Note that the description indicates the blade has not been hollow-ground or heat treated. I've looked extensively for these, as I've had multiple requests from clients. The only thing I've found have been in the multiple hundreds of dollars.

You may be better off buying a premade blade and replacing the handle with one of your own.
