Magnetic pen question

Is there a way to re-strengthen the magnetic "bond" on the cap of the magnetic vertex pen kit. It seems that over time , 5 or 6 years, and lots of use the magnet weakens. Thanks for any advice. John

No experience with that kit, but can you push in an appropriately-sized rare-earth magnet to increase the magnetic force? I've done this with 1/4" hex screwdrivers.

I couldn't find a way either. I ended up buying a new kit and replacing the cap.

Do a google search for magnetizer. Some are cheaper than a new kit but not sure how good they are.
