As many of you know I was living in Italy. I recently moved back to Ohio to help take care of my wife's mom. I had to leave a lot of my machines and tooling so I am selling some of my pen blanks I acquired over there to buy a new lathe and tooling here. While I was there I was able to find a place that sells resin to high end Italian pen companies. Here are some of the newest ones I acquired from them.

I am using some of the #6 right now for a project.

For anyone wondering, This material threads very well and shines up nicely. You won't be disappointed.

Drill slowly and clear swarf out often!

Jon would know for sure, but I think this acrylic acetate. The Italian stuff is denser, heavier, and higher quality than the Chinese AA in my experience. Not sure if it's actually a different substance or just a different formula/production process that results in the difference.

You are correct. It is an acrylic acetate but a high quality. As i said before other very well known Italian pen companies are using it for their pens and they do not compromise on quality of materials.

Each pen blank is 8" long and 17.5mm in diameter. Each blank is $15 each + $7.50 for shipping (international shipping at cost , 10+ blanks i will subtract 7.50 from your total). If you buy 10 or more shipping Is free. I can fit 14 blanks in a small flat rate box. Leave a message below and I will PM you with paypal payment.


Each color is numbered with how many are available (quantities updated on Sunday 8:30 am ) There has been a huge interest in these so I am adding more from my personal stash I was holding back for myself. If you already ordered and want to add to your order let me know.

These colors are not available anywhere else to buy. You can see some of these colors being used by other high end Italian pen companies to make their pens. This is a great opportunity to buy some unique material.
