For me another new kit Chaucer. Fresh take on a SLIMLINE KIT quite like the extra bit of detail on the Clip, Centre Band and Nib.
CA finish on Zebrano blank. Hope you like it please feel free to comment.

Nice. I particularly like the gracious curve of the lower half of the pen.
The top half's undulations interact with the dark grain in a fascinating way.

Thanks for your comments I must confess I rarely start with a design in mind. I tend to start turning and let it flow till like what I see always bearing in mind I can't put the wood back on not forgetting the tube diameter.

I like the contrasts and the flow of the shape. Never considered adding " knuckles " to the top of a pen . It certainly works with that grain pattern. What's the " held of the pen in the hand" feel like , does it have SWMBO approval??
