Took me a while and almost got bit by the table saw. Made a form out of a 2" x 4" then cut the strips about 1/16". Paduak, Maple, Cherry, Purple Heart and Yellow Heart.

Titebond 3, I glued up 10 strips at a time over a few days.

Jim, in the upper righthand corner the first five rows have more layers of veneer, or at least it looks like it has. Was there a reason, for not carrying that pattern over the whole blank?
