Laguna bandsaw aha moment.

I was resawing today with my 14/12 bandsaw and made this cutoff measuring 0.03" or 3/128". Even though I'll toss it in the trash it pleased me to make veneer.

I can't say I was going slowly enough to avoid blade marks as I go from here to two or three passes on the drum sander. It is surprisingly smooth for such a thin cutoff.

Laguna 14/12 is AOK for me. Laguna 16/12 is on order...

I have the Laguna 3/4" Resaw King blade. If you buy one get a friend to help you uncoil it. You do not have to ask why I suggest that. Perfect blade!

Lol. I noticed one the blades I have tried recommends that to uncoil the blade, remove the tape and toss it on your shop floor.
