Bethlehem Olive Wood on a Chrome Cigar with a CA finish. I made this pen about a month ago, before the power went out in the shed. 2 coats of thin and 5 medium. Sanded through 12000 mm.

I like to show the bad ones along with the good ones. Used my steel between center bushings, and when I scored the CA at the end of the blank, I managed to chip off the wood a bit. Goes to show even a veteran can make mistakes. The wood was pretty enough to post photos anyway. I hope you agree.

If that is one of your bad ones, can't wait to see one of your good ones!

Oh wait, one of those good ones is on display in my pen cupboard.

Haha! Thanks mate. You didn't look closely enough. You would think I just started turning pens. I have your pen as well. But have still to make a cupboard. No fear! The next one will be more suitable for viewing.
