Gladly I present you a writing instrument that is equipped with 100%
original BLANCPAIN watch parts in perfection.

The dial including the pointer and the markers points light up in the dark.
Amazing to see is also the second hand hovering over the dial (real gold) and casts a shadow on the dial in the light.
But also the bends of the hour and minute hands without break of the vaporized luminous color ... just wonderful. On the back is the inequality with tension spring the weight stone of golden inscription Blancpain and parts of the underlying housing.

The writing instrument is made of gold TI with black titanium accents and engraved logo on the head

Turned out in 3300 rpm, wet grounding and highly polished

I hope you like this and look forward to your answer.

sincerely :)
Reto

Hello Reto

Not sure if I got a chance to welcome you to the site but welcome and your talents show through right away. You are not a newbie.

I love what you did with this pen and all its details. When I was reading the thread I thought I was reading a promotion for the pen or an advertising. I look at your presentation within the custom box and all and all is well done. So may I ask a few questions?? Are you a business that is selling your work somewhere and if so where so we can see?? I had to check your bio to see you actually make these pens.

I started another thread about making these watch part blanks and would love if you could come over to it and share your procedure of making these and maybe answer some of the questions brought up there. I do not want to hijack this thread so here is the link and good to see such beautiful work. Thanks for posting.

Dear John

Thank you for the nice words and that he likes you.
For your questions, I like to give a few answers. :)
As a system engineer (computer science), I do this as a hobby and compensation. I would like to have a website with my products, which is still open to do. I am also increasingly asked about my products.
Also orders and requests if I finished pieces will be more.

I will gladly visit the link you have sent.

Best regards

Hi Reto took me a short while to adjust viewing the proportions of your watch pen ,then I figured the top size is necessary with and to accomodate the watch face. I also note the very close turning to the face and the entire turning brilliance.

The most complete presentation, authenticity etc sets it apart from the norm.

Class personified and welcome to the forum. Most impressed mate.

Two components never seen before encapsulated and photographed add impact.

Superior detail and skill.

Peter.
