This is a Amedeo Blue Swirl Italian resin on a cigar kit. The swirl is stunning all around the pen. Wonderful material to work with. Just the standard brass tube, no painting needed.

I believe Exotic Blanks sells this same material. I had gotten mine a few years ago in Europe.
