Congrats on this first! The pen looks very nice from what I can tell.

If I may offer a suggestion.......the pics being back lit leave the details in the shadows, perhaps photos with different lighting will help us see more of your pen.

A little definitional quibble here. What you have is a syringe filler. A piston filler uses a knob built into the end of the barrel to turn a screw which operates the piston. Go to http://www.richardspens.com and search for syringe filler, then search for piston filler to see the difference. Sorry, I just couldn't get the links to work right and don't have the time to fool with it right now.

Nice piece of work though.
